Items typically ship within 48 hours of completing your order online. If you select in-store pickup at checkout, pickup will be ready within 1-2 business days.

Yes, we offer international shipping. International shipping will be calculated at check-out based on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking and shipping information; Simply click on the tracking link in your confirmation email. You can also track your order by selecting the ‘track order’ option on our website with your order number and email address or signing into your Our Favorite Things Boutique account.

Orders are processed same day if placed before 12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number. All orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to your expected shipping time.

We do not offer refunds once products have left the store or have been purchased online. You can, however, return your item to be used as store credit should you not love your purchase. Returns are easy and complimentary, within 14 days with tags attached and in the same condition to items and/or products purchased. You can exchange for size, color, or store credit.
